Julien in large shells (konkiloni).



1 chicken breast
400 gr. mushrooms
1 large onion

100 gr. hard cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream


Filling: cut the chicken into thin strips, onions, mushrooms. Bow spassirovat olive or vegetable oil until transparent + meat and after 4-5 min + mushrooms + salt + pepper. Fry until the moisture evaporates from the mushrooms, add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes filling is ready.

Preparation: Boil Shells, recline in a colander and allow to cool a little, so that the hands could have been taken. Spoon stuffing and take farshiruem every shell, «hiding» grated cheese. For browning stuffed shells put in the oven.
